Wine category: Rosè
Location of vineyards:: Hills of the Province of Chieti
Grapes: 85% Montepulciano, 15% Sangiovese.
Soil composition: Medium pebbly mixture tending to be clayey. Microclimatic conditions varying from the foothills of the Majella mountain, to the sweet hills on the high side of the Adriatic Coast.
Altitude: 120-290 m. above sea level.
Exposure: East, South-East.
Cultivation system: Abruzzo trellis.
Yield (hectolitres per hectar): 95
Harvesting period: First decade of October.

Vinification: Must, resulting from the soft pressing of the grapes is vinified at a controlled temperature, after being left in contact with the skins for a short time.
Refinement: In stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Rosy with violet nuances.
Bouquet: Stylish and delicate, pleasantly fruity, with notes of cherry and strawberry.
Taste: Fresh, fragrant, plush and middle-bodied.
Alcohol content: 12,0% Vol
Serving temperature: 12/14°C
Food pairing: Main courses, very good with fish soups, white meat, cold cuts and half seasoned cheeses, it goes well with pizza.
