Location of vineyards:: Hills of the Province of Chieti
Grapes: 70% Trebbiano, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pecorino
Soil composition: Medium mixture tending to be calcareous-clayey in layers. Microclimatic conditions varying from the foothills of the Majella mountain, to the sweet hills on the high side of the Adriatic Coast.
Altitude: 130-380 m. above sea level.
Exposure: South, South-West.
Cultivation system: Abruzzo trellis.
Yield (hectolitres per hectar): 95
Harvesting period: End of August, September.

Vinification: After light crushing, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting first-pressing must, is fermented at a controlled temperature.
Refinement: In stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Light straw-yellow with greenish nuances.
Bouquet: Light straw-yellow with greenish nuances.
Taste: Fresh, fragrant and pleasantly fruity, with floral hints.
Alcohol content: 12,0% Vol
Serving temperature: 12/14°C
Food pairing: This wine goes well with the whole meal.
Good with all fish based dishes, light main courses, white meat and cheeses.
