Grapes: 100% Pecorino
Soil composition: Exclusive mixture soils with microclimatic conditions varying from the foothills of the Majella mountain, to the sweet hills on the high side of the Adriatic Coast. Calcareous-clayey soil in layers.
Altitude: 220-510 m. above sea level.
Exposure: Sud-Ovest, Ovest .
Cultivation system: Runner system and Abruzzo trellis.
Density of plants/ha: average density 3500
Yield (hectolitres per hectar): 65
Harvesting period: First ten-day period of September.
Vinification: Hand selected grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must is fermented at a controlled temperature, after a short contact with skins at low temperature.
Refinement: In stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Light yellow with gilded nuances and greenish tones.
Bouquet: Fragrant, floral and pleasantly fruity, with hints of mango, garden sage, acacia and exotic fruit.
Taste: It presents a particular acid structure which makes it very fresh, pleasant and balanced with notes of minerals and exotic fruits.
Alcohol content: 13,0% Vol
Serving temperature: 10/12°C
Food pairing: It combines with all maritime cooking, shellfish and raw fish; it matches perfectly with hors dÅfoeuvres and delicate main courses containing white meat.
