Grapes: 100% Trebbiano D'Abruzzo
Soil composition: Exclusive mixture soils with microclimatic conditions varying from the foothills of the Majella mountain, to the sweet hills on the high side of the Adriatic Coast. Calcareous-clayey soil in layers.
Altitude: 120-400 m. above sea level.
Exposure: South, South-East.
Cultivation system: Runner system and Abruzzo trellis.
Density of plants/ha: average density 3500
Yield (hectolitres per hectar): 70
Harvesting period: End of September and beginning of October.

Vinification: Light crushing and cold press maceration of hand picked grapes. After a short time, the first-pressing must alone, ferments at a controlled temperature.
Refinement: In stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Light straw-yellow with greenish nuances.
Bouquet: Pleasantly dry, harmonic, charming and smooth to the palate.
Taste: piacevolmente secco, armonico, suadente e morbido al palato.
Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol
Serving temperature: 12/14°C
Food pairing: It combines with all fish based courses, sushi, white meat and cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif, can be enjoyed anytime.
