Vinification: Hand picked grapes are traditionally vinifi ed by means of a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in appropriate stainless steel tanks. The must is frequently pumped over onto marc to ensure colour extraction and aromatic precursor

Bouquet: Intense scents of sour cherry and wild fruits, notes of violet and spiced hints such as leather and pepper.
Taste: Full-bodied and well-structured, endowed with smooth tannins and a pleasant and persistent finish.
