Moscardello is the ancient dialectical name given to this delicious sweet wine. It is a fine and limited production, obtained from the noble Moscato vine. In order to enhance their peculiar characteristics, the grapes are subjected to a careful vinification process based on “natural” fermentation, which helps to make this wine a gem of the Abruzzi oenology.
Vinification: After a light crushing, the must is kept in isolated tanks. The following slow fermentation in autoclaves exalts the aromatic particularities of the Moscato grape.
Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish nuances.
Bouquet: Typically aromatic.
Taste: Sweet, delicate and long lingering.
Food pairing: Fresh pastries and dry cookies.
