Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Chichibio D.O.P. is a bio-vegan white wine, which maintains all the characteristics of traditional wines, but it's produced with processes that exclude the use of any substance of animal origin, respecting the dictates of the vegan diet, thus obtaining a biovegan certification.
Vinification: Hand picked grapes are traditionally vini ed by means of a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in appropriate stainless steel tanks. The must is frequently pumped over the cup to ensure colour extraction and aromatic precursors.
Colour: Purple red with violet nuances.
Bouquet: Intense and pleasant, with red berry fruits scent, sour cherry and spices notes.
Taste: Full, harmonic and pleasantly tannic.
