Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo D.O.P.
Local wine from Abruzzo, obtained from the white-vinification of the grapes of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. It is a bright cherry-red coloured wine, with a pleasantly fruity bouquet, notes of cherry and pomegranate, an almond-flavoured finish and a dry, soft, harmonic taste. It matches perfectly well with fish soups.

Vinification
Vinification: The must produced from soft crushing, after a short contact with the skins at low temperature for 1/2 days at 5° C, ferments at controlled temperature.

Colour: Bright cherryred with scarlet highlights
Bouquet
Bouquet: Intense, pleasantly fruity with cherry and pomegranate scents, enriched with precious vanilla hint
Taste
Taste: Very fresh thanks to its good acidity, soft and well-balanced, cherry fruity hints with an almond finish.
Food pairing
Food pairing: Fish soups, red mullets, first courses with tomato, white meats, semi-mature cheeses. It well matches with pizza.
