Intense red-coloured wine, with an elegant bouquet in which sour-cherry and soft fruit scents combine with notes of black pepper, cacao and balsamic flavouring. Full-bodied, harmonic taste and good persistence. It elegantly blends with important main courses, red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.

Vinification
Vinification: The hand-harvested grapes are vini and according to the local tradition, which requires a long maceration of the skin at controlled temperature. Wine is racked off, pumped over decanted into stainless steel tanks at the end of malolactic process.
