Vinification: Hand-harvesting of the grapes over matured in the vineyard, cold maceration, soft crushing and removal of the first–pressing must from the lees, controlled temperature fermentation with selected yields.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden hints.
Bouquet: Delicate at the same time complex, flower nounces blended citrus fruit and spice notes.
Taste: Fresh and fragrant, well-balanced and harmonic with hints of ripe fruits.
Food pairing: All dish dishes, from sushi to delicate first and second fish dishes, with crudités. Perfect match with white meat, soft or not very seasoned cheeses. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
