Fruity, red berries with spicy hints. Deep red. Elaborated first courses, red meats, game, cold cuts and mature cheese.
Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration at a controlled temperature. The must is frequently pumped over for 6-8 days to intensify the aromatics and the color. The wine in then finished in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Deep red.

Taste: Full-bodied, lightly tannic, persistent.
