Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine-grained and persistent perlage. floral hints of white flowers, fruity hints of apple and citrus nuances. Taste: fresh, harmonious, soft, delicate. Excellent aperitif, ideal with raw seafood, grilled white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Very popular with sushi and pizza.
Vinification: A primary fermentation of the wine occures at a controlled temperature. The foaming is achieved in pressure tanks with selected yeasts.
