Pecorino Chichibio I.G.P. is a bio-vegan white wine, which maintains all the characteristics of traditional wines, but it's produced with processes that exclude the use of any substance of animal origin, respecting the dictates of the vegan diet, thus obtaining a biovegan certification.
Vinification: The harvested grapes are soft trodden. The must is then removed from the lees, fermented at a controlled temperature to enhance and the qualities of this grape variety.
Colour: Bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: Rich, with peach and apricot notes, flower scents and balsamic final.
Taste: Fresh, mineral and well- balanced.
