Vinification: Light crushing and cold-press maceration of the grapes. Only the first-pressing must, which is separated by gravity, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Taste: Fresh, fragrant and harmonic with citrus fruits notes and yellow fruit aromas.
Food pairing: All fish dishes, from sushi to delicate first and second fish dishes, crudités. Perfect match with white meat. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
