Pecorino IGP Silene Bio is a white wine obtained from organic grapes of one of the most representative grape varieties of the territory: Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP
Vinification: Vinification: the grapes are soft-pressed. The most is then kept at low temperature for 12 hours. It is then decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature, to enhance the qualities of this grape variety.
Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish tinges.
Bouquet: Floral with acacia hints and balsamic and sage overtones. Tropical fruit pineapple scents makes this wine and particularly appetizing pleasant and appealing.
Taste: Full and persistent flavor, long-lingering with some pleasant and enticing mineral overtones.
Food pairing: Ideal with seafood, shellfish, raw fish. Perfect with hors d’ouevres, delicate main and second courses, and white meat.
