Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Chichibio DOP is a bio-vegan white wine, which maintains all the characteristics of traditional wines, but it's produced with processes that exclude the use of any substance of animal origin, respecting the dictates of the vegan diet, thus obtaining a biovegan certification.
Vinification: Grapes are picked and vinified by means of a maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in appropriate stainless steel tanks. The must is frequently pumped over onto marc to ensure colour extraction and aromatic precursors.
Colour: Purple red with violet nuances.
Bouquet: Intense and pleasant, with red berry fruits and sour cherry scents.
Taste: Full, harmonic and pleasantly tannic.
