Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP Palio

It is a cherry red-coloured wine with intense and fruity scents and a harmonic and fragrant taste. Excellent with first courses and white meats, mixed cold cuts and cheeses, it couples very well with fish soups. To be served cool at 8/10° C.

Vinification
Vinification: The must is obtained by a gentle pressing of the grapes and after a short contact with the skins at a low temperatures (cold-maceration) it becomes clear. The clear must ferments in dedicated stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Colour
Colour: Cherry red.
Bouquet
Bouquet: Intense, fruity with hints of cherry, strawberry and petunia.
Taste
Taste: Balanced, harmonic and persistent.
Food pairing
Food pairing: Fish soups, white meat, cold cuts and half seasoned cheeses; it is well paired with pizza and shellfish.
