Rich red-coloured wine with purplish hints, blackberry and currant scents stand out from its fruity bouquet as well as pleasant spicy notes of leather and pepper. Its taste is harmonic, full-bodied, soft and well-structured. Perfect to pair with sauce-based first courses, roasts and mixed grills, game, cold cuts and seasoned cheeses. To be served at 14/16°C.
Vinification: The picked grapes are traditionally vinified by means of a long maceration of skins at a controlled temperature. After the malolactic process, the wine decants in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Intense ruby red with violet nuances.
Bouquet: Fruity, with hints of mulberry and red-currant.
Taste: Harmonic, full-bodied, smooth and well structured, enriched by a persistent finish.
Food pairing: First important courses, roasts, cold cuts, seasoned cheeses.
