Straw yellow coloured, delicate and pleasantly fruity with hints of citrus. The flavor is harmonic, delicate and tasty, long-lingering to the palate. It goes perfectly with fi sh based hors d’oevres but also with light main courses, risotto and white meat. To be served at 8/10 ° C.
