Vinification: After a soft crushing and pressing of the hand-harvested grapes, the must undergoes a long fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Colour: Straw-yellow.
Bouquet: Delicate and lightly fruity, white peach and pineapple.
Taste: Dry, fresh, elegant and harmonic.
