Vinification: White vinification, with soft crushing and pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation: a primary fermentation of the wine occures at a controlled temperature. The foaming is achieved in pressure tanks with selected yeasts.
Colour: Straw-yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Floral scents of white flowers, fruit scents of apple and citrus.
Taste: Fresh, harmonic, soft, delicate.
Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with raw fish, grilled white meat and medium- seasoned cheeses. Much appreciated with sushi and pizza.
