Taste harmonic, delicate and pleasantly dry. This wine goes well with the whole meal. Good with all
fish based dishes, light main courses, white meat and cheeses.
Vinification: After light crushing, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting first-pressing must, is fermented at controlled temperature.
Colour: Light straw yellow with greenish nuances.
Bouquet: Fresh, delicate and fruity.
Taste: Harmonic, delicate and pleasantly dry.
