fish based dishes, light main courses, white meat and cheeses.
Vinification: After soft pressing, grapes macerate for 72 hours at about 28° C.
Colour: Intense ruby red with light violet nuances.
Bouquet: Fresh, fragrant, and pleasantly fruity with floral hints.
Taste: Harmonic, delicate, pleasantly dry.
Food pairing: Main courses containing sauces, roasted meat, game, sharp cold cuts (Ventricina del Vastese) and seasoned cheeses.
