Moscardello is the ancient dialectical name given to this delicious sweet wine.
It is a fine and limited production, obtained from the noble Moscato vine. In order to enhance their peculiar characteristics, the grapes are subjected to a careful vinification process based on “natural” fermentation, which helps to make this wine a gem of the Abruzzi oenology.
Vinification: White vinification, with soft crushing and pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation: The basic must ferments ata controlled temperature in pressure tank with selected yeasts. The foaming lasts 15-20 days.
Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish nuances.
Bouquet: Typically aromatic.
Taste: Sweet, delicate and long lingering.
Food pairing: Fresh pastries and dry cookies or served with strawberry and exotic fruit.
