Spumante - Metodo Italiano
Subtle and persistent, intense with balsamic fragrances and excellent minerality. Perfect as an aperitif, with fish-based dishes and cheeses.
Vinification: In bianco, with soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation: The wine undergoes a second fermentation at controlled temperature in autoclaves with selected yeasts. The foam formation lasts about 10/15 days.
Colour: straw-yellow with fi ne and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: intense, sage and thyme balsamic fragrance with bloom flowers and acacia blossom nuances.
Taste: fresh, full body, excellent in minerals and in its acid structure. Aroma and sparkling enhance its length.
Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fi sh dishes and sea fruits, cheese (Parmesan cheese).
