Trabocco Spumanti Abruzzo DOC - Aureæ Stellæ
Color traw-yellow with fine and persistent perlage. Food pairing: ideal with fish dishes, oysters, Parmesan cheese.
Vinification: white vinification, with soft crushing and pressing of the grapes. A second fermentation of the wine occurs in steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Foaming lasts for 10/15 days.
Colour: straw-yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: intense, sage and thyme balsamic notes are combined with broom and acacia blossom hints.
Taste: fresh, full bodied, with excellent mineral structure. Aroma and fragrance enhance its persistence.
