Spumanti Trabocco
Brilliant pink colour with a fine and persistent perlage. Excellent with shell fish, raw fish and fish soups. It goes well with pizza, cold cuts and as an aperitif.
Vinification: The grapes remain in contact with the skins at low temperature (5° C) for a short time, favouring the dissolution of the varietal aromas. A second fermentation of the wine occurs in steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Foaming lasts for 15/20 days.
Colour: Brilliant pink colour with a fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Rose, cherry and red fruit hints, lightly spicy.
Taste: Well balanced, lingering, fragrant, with a pleasant acidity and a smooth finish.
Food pairing: Excellent with shell fish, raw fish and fish soups. It goes well with pizza, cold cuts and as an aperitif.
